Which seminar should I attend?

If you only have one day, attend Course 100 - Finding Missing Opportunities and Hidden Walls in Your Compensation Plan.  Course 300 (Compensation Plan Design - Successful Principles & Techniques) includes the principles taught in Course 100.  Course 300 is well worth the extra 2 days and higher fee.  If you don't agree, we'll refund your registration fee!

How detailed does the 3-day Course 300 go into designing and fixing compensation plans?

The short answer:  extreme detail.  While we spend time learning key principles used in developing successful compensation plans, we spend most of our time applying the principles.  We learn what our options are and when to use them.  We learn where the pitfalls and detours are and how to avoid them.  You will leave the seminar with an idea of what needs to be done to "supercharge" your compensation plan and how to do it.

How much interaction is there?  Or is it all just listening to Dan Jensen?

You can expect lots of interaction and ideas coming from our discussions during the course.  There are workshops where you analyze your compensation plan in ways you never thought possible.  The lights will come on when you see where your plan is strong and where it is weak as a result of the workshops.  It's especially valuable to interact with others who have experienced the very problems you are facing today.

Is it just for experienced executives or can I come if I am new to direct selling?

The seminar has proven effective for both newcomers as well as very experienced direct selling executives.  Of course, the more experience you have, the better you can apply the principles you learn to your past experiences.  For experienced attendees, the most common remark after the seminar is, "If only I had taken this seminar years ago!  I would have done things so much better!"

For newcomers, they are so glad they learn these things early in their direct selling careers.  Attendees should already have a basic understanding of the meaning of the basic terms and concepts used in compensation plans of our industry.  For those without this understanding, they could greatly benefit by reading the papers found on this web site in "Learning Center".

Can Dan help me change my plan after the seminar?

Dan is very happy to "mentor" those who have attended the seminar helping them with their plan changes or even designing their first compensation plan.  From simply being a "sounding board" to helping your executive team formalize a comprehensive compensation strategy on site, Dan is happy to share his expertise.  Dan can also provide a comprehensive "Plan Analysis and Review" of your current or proposed plan.  He has extensive experience consulting with and teaching the executive teams of many successful direct selling companies during the last 25 years.

Does the seminar address Party Plan issues?

Yes, though it is not the primary focus of the seminar.  Most of the principles we address relate to both party plan and network marketing compensation concepts.  We speak often of how we can apply these principles to both types of business models.
